The rental is for the entire home, and it features a King bed, 2 Queen beds, a Queen sleeper sofa, 2 full baths. The master bedroom has a 50” 4k TV. The living room has a 65” 4k TV as well which includes cable channels and NFL Sunday Ticket. The kitchen comes fully equipped with over, range and microwave plus cookware. Full size washer dryer for laundry . Take advantage of the BBQ grill and unwind around the fire pit in the private backyard, ideal for enjoying the fresh air.
Close to all! 20 minutes to MCI Airport and also Arrowhead, 10 minutes to the American Royal Center, 15 minutes to the racetrack/Legends Outlets shopping and dining, and 15 minutes west to Country Club Plaza, Westport, Mission, River Market, West Bottoms, and more. Being in KC, you're never far from some top-notch BBQ spots, just a quick trip down I-635, I-70, or I-35.

Note: Due to permit with city only 2 cars are allowed and they must be parked in the driveway not using street parking. We are limited to 7 guests.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
